Tailoring doesn't have to much going for it self.
Leg enchants are minor money makers depending on primal going rates.
And then of course the cloth cooldowns. Making spellcloth,shadowcloth,mooncloth is probably 1 of the better ways to make money as a tailor. The master 2x cloth cooldown is your 4day cd money maker.
Other wise you can try to craft epics if you have the recipe and nethers. Some of the lower lvl items may sell to twinks or for small profits.
Also combined with enchanting you can craft and disenchant items to make profit in some cases.
